We became interested in real estate when we realized that there are a lot of transactional investors and agents out there.  At Wilhomy, we are family owned and believe in developing relationships with our clients to best advise them on their particular situation.  Early on we realized that we needed to be able to offer multiple services because not every person needs the same thing.  Maybe you are interested in just cashing out your investment, maybe life has gotten in the way of you properly maintaining your property so you want to move on and let someone else do the repairs or maybe it's time to move into assisted living and let your home gain new life with a new family.  Since we can operate as either an agent or investor, we can truly offer the flexibility that others just can't.
